Refund Policy

E-books and the bundle

You can request a full refund for an e-book or the bundle within 72 hours of purchase, for any reason.

After 72 hours, e-book and bundle purchases are not refundable.

At checkout you ask for immediate access and agree that any longer statutory withdrawal right (such as the EU/UK 14-day right) ends once your access begins.

Live coaching sessions

Unused coaching sessions can be refunded in full if you ask within 72 hours of purchase. After that they are not refundable, but they stay bookable.

Cancel 24 hours or more before a booked session: full refund, or a free reschedule.

Cancel less than 24 hours before the session: 50% refund.

Miss a session without cancelling (a no-show): no refund.

If the Coach cancels: full refund, or a free reschedule.

How to request a refund

Email austincalisthenics@gmail.com from the address you bought with. Approved refunds are issued by Austin Wilson through our payment processor, Stripe, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Once an e-book is refunded, its access is removed.

Earlier purchases

Purchases made before this policy's date keep the refund terms that applied when they were bought.
